This Return and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Missing or undelivered items must be reported within 7 days of the tracking delivery date.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at info@activeauraltd.com explaining the reason for your return and to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Pack the item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of your original order invoice.
c. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.1.
After inspection, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in section 1 and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@activeauraltd.com.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either replace it or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined in section 1.
